"Non-smoking, but the building reeked of cigarettes. There are doors on the wall between room, and those doors had gaps at the top and bottom meaning the 3AM family loud conversation happening in the room next door was loud through the door gaps. Stuffing the gaps with towels didn't help much. The breakfast was limited with burnt coffee. 1 of the 2 key cards didn't work. "

"The location is ideal if you are attending an event at the convention center. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn’t work. Our room was noisy due to street noise and was out dated. Also, the hallway outside our room had broken ceiling tiles and was rundown."

"The hotel staffs was good except the manager and the front desk worker when we tried to check into our room, the where talking about that they couldn't find our reservation, saying it was canceled i had to called Expedia customer to have them called the hotel to confirmed that i had an reservation. But everything else was good."

"The clerk was rude, he didn't want to give us the wifi password even though we are paying customers. He said it was company policy not to give it to guess. No hot water to shower with. It was extremely noisy from guess up stairs from us and company didn't do anything to quite it down. we never got our microwave or refrigerator, all in all it was the worst stay we ever experienced. We will never book a stay there again and highly recommend that no one ever go there"

"Yo reserve este hotel por que me gusta la Alberca y el jacuzzi y cuando tube la reservacion el jacuzzi no Servia .
Y cuando entre ala alberca no avia toallas y le dijimos ala personal de hotel y trajeron las toallas como 10 o 15 minutos despues
Luego en la mañana fui al desayuno y no habia comida y la pica que avia estába fria y luego le pregunte a una empleda del lugar que si podria traer mas comida y se molesto hizo Caras cuando le dije y luego el area donde está la comida estába muy sucio"
