"We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. I also have a couple suggestions to make the room even better: -Provide a properly functioning coffee machine (Ours only produced 1-2 tablespoons of coffee. Maybe it needed to be decalcified.) - Place a mirror and trash bin in each bedroom"

"We stayed two nights in June. The owners could not have been more accommodating. Continental breakfast was included and both lunch and dinner were available in their restaurant. The views from our room, the pools deck and the restaurant were stunning. Bus transportation into Lugano runs hourly. A truly enjoyable stay!"
