B&B in Matamata-Piako District

"Loved the fresh cooked meaks in the morning and the friendliness of Rekha, the owner that cooked them. She showed us her garden from which all her ingredients used. Loved the rural, quiet setting."

"Loved the relaxed peaceful environment, Anne was welcoming and friendly I would say a excellent host. The Lodge was stunning and well appointed we were a bit spoilt as we were the only ones booked for that evening and had the luxury of having the entire place to ourselves. The grounds were beautifully looked after which made for some fantastic photos, will definitely be coming back during summer to relax again "

"Very friendly hosts, lovely breakfasts and a great sleep in a comfortable bed. "

"We stayed in the caravan which gave us a lot of privacy and it was a beautifully maintained caravan! We were provided heating so it was not at all cold. Decent tea/coffee making facilities. However, was slightly disappointed as the pictures showed a double bed, but when we arrived it was two singles. Beds are slightly small but this is expected in a caravan home."

"I was well cared for at the House with No Nails! The property is beautiful & clean, & in a gorgeous rural setting set amidst mountains, big blue skies, & farm animals. The house is an easy 25 minute drive from the Hobbiton set in Matamata, which was my plan while in this area of NZ. Highly recommended!"

"Thanks so much for helping us to change to another host. The host you advised is excellent. Everything is good. "

"Great hosts, excellent conversation, and a beautiful house and property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
