"We loved our time with Louise at Doolan's!!! It is about 15 minutes outside of Rotorua (far from any sulphur smell!). Louise made DELICIOUS breakfasts each morning and the common living area is very spacious with fabulous view. Our room was small, but completely adequate because of the large living space. The bed was quite comfy. The grounds are lovely!!! Louise was a delightful host."

"I was well cared for at the House with No Nails! The property is beautiful & clean, & in a gorgeous rural setting set amidst mountains, big blue skies, & farm animals. "The house was absolutely beautiful and was situated about 15 minutes outside Hamilton. I have traveled a lot a the hosts were excellent. I got to meet two other guests staying there as well. I didn’t have a tv in my room but it gave me the opportunity to unplug from the world. I did log in using their high speed internet and it was the best of any location I stayed at in New Zealand.
