"Leider war das Hotel geschlossen. Über eine Sprechanlage teilte man uns mit, dass der Eigentümer das Hotel zum Jahreswechsel als geschlossen gemeldet hat. Dann wäre er bereit gewesen, uns ein Zimmer zu geben, jedoch in einem leeren Hotel und ohne Frühstück. Nach kurzem Warten haben wir uns entschlossen, eine andere Unterkunft für die Silvesternacht zu suchen. Was natürlich um 18.30 Uhr nicht so leicht war."

"bei Ankunft n i e m a n d e n angetrroffen-hätte ich Mobilnummer nicht notiert, wäre ich nicht reingekommen. Es handelt sich um ein Haus, nicht bewohnt oder betreut, es läuft alles über Briefkästen, Schlüsselschränke, Automatenausgabe-habe nie jemanden gesehen(3 Tage) Keine Hausordnung vorhanden ! Deswegen hatte ich auch keine echte Möglichkeit, 7 äußerst lautstarke und trink-freudige Polen bei ihrer Feierei zu hindern -morgens Wasser auf dem Flur und mehrere Badelatschen auf den...

"Slight problem at check in but staff made few phone calls and I got a room Apologizes from Manager next day included a bottle of champagne Top notch customer service Breakfast room and display of food was beautiful Lots of variety Hot and cold Sweets and cakes were added bonus Short walk from train station on nice side street Definitely stay there again!"

"Hotel was nice and staff were helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel entrance is sometimes locked so you need to ring the bell for reception to let you inm which wasn't an issue for me. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which was perfectly adequate for my stay. The breakfast had a decent selection of items and I liked that they made an effort to source products locally from Luxembourg. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station which makes it convenient if arriving by train. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and places to eat within a short walk of the hotel and it is about 20 min walk to the centre. Overall, I enjoyed my stay would stay in the hotel again if in the area."

"This is a beautiful hotel. A short walk from the nearest tram station and since trams are free in Luxemburg, it is easy to get to both the main train station or the airport via tram. The only reason I gave if 4 stars is that we are from a northern city and, in general, keep our home cooler. They have limits on the furnace and air temps and no way to open a window. Breakfast was typical European breakfast option, but breakfast was a bit of a madhouse, however, as they don't have enough staff to replenish the food, but do have enough to take your plates (even when you don't want them to.)"

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff are great. Everything is spotless as it is very new. The location near the station is perfect as Luxembourg is such a great travel hub. Our experience of the restaurant though was disappointing, it was dead both nights and the food wasn't good"
