"Friendly and helpful staff. Elize from the front desk was very knowledgeable. Nice room with a section of traditional Japanese space with Tatami, Japanese dining table and cushion seats. Space for 4 is descent. The room has washer and dryer. Has refrigerator and kitchen sink. The place is walikng distance to the train station and shopping areas. There are lots of places within the area for dining with excellent food. This place is highly recommended."

Great location, 5 minute walk to Sanjo Keihan Subway station, walking distance to Gion and next to Lawson convenience store. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is one of the best places me and my partner have stayed at and one we will be coming back to the next time we are in Kyoto. From the moment we arrived Keiko provided us with exceptional service. We asked her for a recommendation for katsu and she suggested a spot on the Michelin guide. We realized it was about to close for the afternoon and without hesitation she called the restaurant and we were able to have the best meal of our whole trip."

"Great stay! Safe and quiet area. Close to Shichijo station. Popiscles and soba available for guests daily. Only critique would be relatively difficult to get to Kyoto station, as no connecting subway near hotel so have to cab it or walk a fair distance"

"We didn't get to stay here long but it was a very pleasant stay. We got one of the suites and it was well worth it. The kids had their own room and it was nice to spread out. They had a washwr and dryer with detergent provided. The free water, coffee and drinks were very nice touch. Would come back again. "
