Lovely staff. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in. We asked for two rooms close to each other when we arrived a little early. When we checked in they had arranged rooms side by side, this helped our family enormously. Rooms were good size and very clean. Hotel is walking distance from Osaka station, we were misdirected by google maps going through underground area and went to a different station that wasn’t necessary so be aware and try walking above ground unless you know where to go.

All and all good for the price, but the staff were like robots. They did their thing but with zero emotion. I was spoiled from the way level of hospitality in the before and after property so it felt extreme. You can save and stay here. The location is about 10 minutes walk to the metro so that makes it convenient. The shower was a tub and a shower very slippery, my son almost fell and that would’ve been a disaster.

Nearby to metro station and in the heart of many dining options. Hotel provided pajamas and slippers. Guests have access to the onsen which was perfect after a long day of exploring the city. Friendly staff. There is a 24 hour Lawson at the base of the hotel which was very convenient.

Clean and good area, not too busy and not too far, the room was very spacious for Japan. Front desk is really nice, we had packages delivered and they helped us keep it.

Spotless clean property, everything looks new, nice amenities. Subway station across the street. Free bottled water in the room. Would like elevators to be faster. We stayed on 17th floor, it would take sometime to get to our floor or downstairs. Would definitely recommended this hotel.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room is quite clean and we appreciate the amenities that are provided. We particularly liked their breakfast menu as well that had a variety of options. It takes about 10-12 minutes to walk to the closest station.
