Great location, clean rooms

Very small room, especially the bathroom. The price was good. The folks were friendly and the location was perfect. No breakfast/food offerings, but self-service laundry was so helpful.

Very good, convenient stay in Namba

Very convenient location with immediate access to the Kuromon market and other attractions. Clean room and good front desk support. The only downside is that the coin dryer doesn’t dry well on the first try

The hotel located right outside of Kuromom market, fresh seafood, delicious. Inside hotel is very quiet, clean, wonderful customer service, friendly staff. It provides free toilet items. The bathroom is very small, I’m 5’5”, it’s just enough space. Not sure for tall people. The bed is comfortable. The only downside is location, it’s 7-10 minutes walk to one subway station, 10-16 minutes to Namba station. I pretty much walked all the time because it’s only one stop to the popular sights and shopping street.

Bad space planning.. too uncomfortable

The room size is fine, but the TV and other installed items are in the wrong places which makes the room very uncomfortable and hard to move around. The room could be much more spacious if some of the items are installed differently.

Located just next to a market with lots of food options and walking distance to Namba station. Clean rooms and great staff. The only inconvenience is that a taxi will not pick you up from in front of the hotel because of the location. Paying for breakfast in cash is cheaper than pre-paying, but having breakfast at the market is more yummy.

Die Lage des Hotels war toll, das Hotel selbst war auch ganz ok, die Zimmer etwas klein für unsere großen Koffer. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, auch wenn es mit Englisch etwas schwierig war.

這間飯店的工作人員非常親切，也有會說中文的，溝通基本上都沒有問題~地點就在黑門市場尾端，飯店附近也有不少餐廳和24小時超市，離難波車站不遠，算是蠻方便的~下次再去大阪還會選擇這家飯店入住^^
