"Laundry was convenient but only 2 washer and 2 dryer. 1 dryer wasnt working when I tried using it so that was a bit inconvenient"

"Great and friendly staff. Very helpful when it comes to sending luggages to your next hotel destination and airport. The check in is smooth and the amenities were nice. Hotel room was very clean and just liked the space and interior. The only small issue is that you have to go to different floors for the ice machine and laundry, and there is only one laundry machine and dryer for the 3 floors they had. Maybe additional machines or reservation system may be helpful."
