"At check-in we were receives by a person yelling at us because he wasn't told about that the reservation was made. There was another group with the same issue and after 30 minutes of arguing, he calmed down and let bith parties into the property. Very rude and unprofessional"

"La qualité de la chambre n'est pas satisfaisante. En sous-lit, il y a des poussières! En tant que personne qui souffre de problèmes respiratoires! Il nous faut faire le balayage par nous-mêmes! L'accueil est excellent de la part du personnel. On peut espérer mieux pour le prix du petit-déjeuner! La piscine est agréable, mais les gens n'ont pas toujours respecté les règles d'hygiène!"

"Rooms need an update. Very old style. But the price is right and free parking in garage. Had everything you need if you’re going to cook. I mean every thing. We had two showers and sinks to wash. One toilet for three is great but if you had 6 I don’t think that would work. We stayed on bottom floor like a dungeon and was disappointed by that but to chicken to ask to stay on floor 2, 3, 4 or 5th floor. It would have been epic for the view. Like I said we were in the dungeon without a view....

Great ski locker downstairs, pool, sauna, laundry, cleanness, spacious room, location pretty close to gondolas and not far from supermarket(s) so all in all worth for the price I paid via Expedia (around 600 euros per week...direct prices are higher). L unico inconveniente il letto lenzuola pine di peli ... non un capello ... che passa ma peli ovunque sia il copri piumino che il lenzuolo sotto! Mi sono recata alla reception ed il ragazzo gentilissimo ha capito e visto che non era una cosa normale ed ha provveduto a sostituire il lenzuolo ma non il copripiumino ...

"Property is well located. 5 minutes walk to centre of Les gets. They have an outside heated pool as well as inside pool and jacuzzi. Friendly staff in reception and great bakery service where you can order fresh bread the day before. Checkout was smooth. Kitchen was well equipped (although we only used for breakfast). The only thing to point is cleanliness, not great. Overall we really enjoyed and would book it again"
