Fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was huge, comfortable and sparkling clean every day. Hotel offers you free toiletries and complementary welcome drinks every day. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a nice relaxing stay in Shonan.

Fantastic friendly check-in!

It is just a lovely retreat in a beautiful location. The hotel rooms are a lovely minimalist Japanese design, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I wish we had more time to stay here longer, and it's one of the very few places I would absolutely return to without hesitation.

Good for one night although the bed could have been softer that was my only complaint ☺️

Lovely spacious room with lots of ammeties provided. Helpful and friendly staff. A short walk from the station and beach makes it one to highly recommend.

This hotel has a lovely onsen, and spectacular views of Mount Fuji from the roof terrace which has a heated foot bath It is convenient for the bus to see the surrounding area, nice and quiet, with a woods where herons nest next door. However it is fairly remote, in that you have to walk for about half an hour to reach shops or restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful. The food at breakfast was plentiful and varied, with sufficient vegetarian options. There are laundry facilities and ice, and...
