Cari Hotel di Distrik Naka

"The stay would have been better if the staff were better prepared to accommodate western guests. The sandals were too small, the robes were for a man and woman even though it was two men staying in the room. The buffet food selection was the highlight but they food wasn’t kept hot enough and they need more salt and pepper especially for the beef. What I am most upset about is that the property did not honor the room and beverage credit from Expedia. I will be contacting customer service to...

"A beautiful hotel. A heritage building with a great garden. A stylish bar and great views from the breakfast room, A very stylish onsen. Lovely staff. However, though the swimming pool is beautiful, it's not actually deep enough for a proper swim."

"El onsen lo mejor"

"The staff was very nice and helpful and the place was beautiful. Would recommend buying mosquito repellent in advance as the outside was swarming"

"Passable"

"The Laforet hotel was exceptionally clean, well maintained and had helpful staff. As the hotel was some distance away, the hotel arranges nearest station shuttle at convenient time. You need to plan ahead for dinner options as the last shuttle pick up is at 6 pm."

"ウエルカムドリンクにフリードリンク、お菓子やアイスも豊富にあり、楽しめました ただ、部屋が狭く、座る席が足りないようで残念でした"

"Very spacious and homey. Room was clean and the onsen was great overlooking mt fuji. Cons, the check out time is too early, you must leave at 10 am which is worst when you come with kids"

"While the service and location were both excellent, I was disappointed to be put in the dog wing literally. I didn’t book a dog room. Don’t have a dog. Chose this hotel for views which were on the east wing our room was in the west aka dog wing. Spa service was fantastic! Onsen experience was super relaxing. All good except for being with dogs!"

"Amazing ryokan Highly recommend!"

"A beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely come stay here again!"

"客室もきれいでよかったですが私は使い捨てのスリッパがないことが残念でした"

"Location is nice. Close proximity to the bus stop with a Family Mart right next door. 10 min bus ride to the ropeway. The rooms are big and the private onsen was the perfect way to start the morning and relax after a day outdoors. Beer on tap & you can mix your own drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks also available and refreshing."

"Hôtel très bien équipé tous est très bien expliqué si vous prenez la demi pension c’est un repas et un petit déjeuner traditionnel"

"ペットフレンドリールームを使ったのですが、お部屋も使いやすく何よりペット同伴のお部屋とは思えないくらい清潔感があり匂いも全くありませんでした。"
