"There was a party in the hotel until 2 am with music blaring whilst you are trying to sleep. We therefore had a disrupted sleep. There should have been more care, hotel first then party venue. Unacceptable amount to pay for a experience like ours"

"The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was fine for the price (£9 full, £6.99 continental buffet), with limited choice, but all branded and nicely set out. The room was basic and in need of a bit of a refurb, but again for the price and for one or two nights at short notice was absolutely fine. "No lift, no aircon, no fan and not a lot of empathy from the staff. Dinner was supposed to be available from 5pm and at 5.30 was told the kitchen was closed and not opening for dinner, with no suggestions as to where we might be able to find something to eat. We found Lahore ( a Pakistani restaurant) around the corner through google maps and found the most amazing service and food. Would very highly recommend.
