"This property was extremely clean and the host was amazing at communicating and greeting us upon arrival. The location is perfect; walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The washer and dryer were a bonus. The roof top deck was great for morning coffee with a view. We absolutely loved our stay here and wished it had been longer. We highly recommend this apartment hotel."

"This was my favorite accommodation in Japan. It was very cozy and made me feel home. We had the Sennari room. There were 4 beds in two rooms but we only used two. There was a microwave, fridge, kitchen sink with dishes/soap, washer/dryer, kitchen table, sofa. It was two levels with bedrooms upstairs. We never saw our host. It was self check in with a code. There was only a sign with a phone number and when I tried calling it, it wouldn’t go through. Finally, I went to a local café owner and asked...

"Too difficult to find a parking slot. Fee for parking is expensive. Only one double bed for 4 persons. Two of them had to sleep on floor. Cups and kitchen utensils were not clean enough. Staff at office was careless, giving us a wrong access password!"
