"Friendly staff. "

"My family had a wonderful time at Grande Cache hotel. The location is convenient for shopping, dining, walking. The room is amazing, clean. Shampoo, lotion and body wash are branded name which is different with other hotels. We will be back one day. In my opinion, the improvement point is breakfast which should be included in the packages. When I place a booking, the information show "breakfast included" but actually only picking cookies, fruit, tea/coffee at the small table. Not real breakfast which we can enjoy in the restaurant. It is not a big deal which hotel can have option to pay for quality of breakfast, especially for a family or busy people. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation. "

"The building itself is a little dated and the beds aren’t the comfiest but the amazing staff made up for it. So accommodating and welcoming. Would absolutely stay there again for that reason! The staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our one night stay. "
