"We were lucky to receive a room upgraded. The junior suite was absolutely roomy, comfortable, clean and yet private. The staff were professional and courteous hence it’s Japanese essence. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices, including at the club lounge. My only major concern at this point is that it seemed to have a glitch in their system for their reward program: I stayed at their property 8 months ago.
