"Balmoral Lodge was the perfect place to stay in Queenstown. The location is unbeatable—close to town but peaceful with stunning lake and mountain views. The facilities were spotless and well-equipped, and the space felt warm and comfortable. What really stood out was the incredible hospitality—so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We felt right at home. Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"We chose this location as we didn’t want to be in the centre of Queenstown but within walkable distance (took us 15-20 minutes). Beautiful property with views of the mountains. The hosts were lovely, leaving us a honeymoon card and present. The food included is more than generous, including eggs and bacon but I did find the portable cooker difficult to use so I think continental breakfasts would be more than sufficient. Lovely decor and room had a washer/dryer which was welcome half way through...
