"We so enjoyed our 6-night stay at this wonderful establishment. The location is ideal for walking absolutely everywhere we wanted to go. It's incredibly convenient (and affordable) to take the Skytrain from YVR to/from the property. Our room, a King Executive Suite, was everything we could wish for--comfortable, spacious, clean, luxurious, beautiful view, quiet.. The marble bathtub was an unexpected luxury. The L'Occitane bath products were amazing. The duo thermostats kept our room temp comfortable the entire time. The housekeeping staff was professional, kind, and prompt. If I had to mention one thing that was subpar, it would have to be our check-in experience. The gentleman who checked us in was surprisingly unwelcoming and cold. And, we had to ask for a map of the area three times before walking away empty-handed (we finally secured one at a later time, great map, btw). However, once we arrived at our beautiful room, we felt incredibly pleased. We hope to be back to the Sutton Place Hotel sometime in the future."
