"Thanks for asking. The hotel is quite new and well maintained. The staff is welcoming and friendly. There's monitored parking on 2 sides of the hotel, a large, indoor pool area, a small workout room, a nice lobby with a fireplace and snacks for sale. The breakfast was average but the room is on the 5th (top) floor so has a beautiful view. The rooms aren't large but the bed is very comfortable as is the sofa. The bathroom is nice and has a large shower. There's a very small area to hang clothes but lots of drawers, a large TV, microwave, small fridge, safe and ironing board/iron.
Suggestions...
1) Let guests know when they check in that rooms are cleaned only every 3 days unless otherwise requested. We put a note in the bathroom saying that the conditioner was empty only to return to the room to find no one had come in to clean. We had no clue we needed to ask for either of these things.
2) The red "message" button on the phone was on during our entire stay. The staff was nice but said fixing it would have to wait, perhaps because no repair person works on the weekend?
We paid over $700 USD for a 2-night stay and didn't expect to have to ask for the room to be refreshed daily."
