"Excellent spot to stay at the Ring. "

"We really enjoyed the lovely apartment. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. There was lots of space and the breakfast in the room was brilliant. The stairs are steep and it does get warm being in the roof. It was better when we kept the curtains closed while we were out. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We had some good meals in the town although it was a challenge being there ther on Monday and Tuesday before lots of places opened. The location was great for touring the area."

"Lovely accommodation in a beautiful area though we were on foot backpacking and unfortunately there was no evening food available so we didn’t eat as it was a walk back into town. Nice area to explore either walking or cycling and was very close to walk to the ferry on Rursee to go on to Rurburg. "

"Das Hotel befindet sich teils im Rohbau. Offene Leitungen, Kabel, Türamatur nicht vorhanden. Wenn man nicht abschließt , öffnet sich die Türe beim andrücken. Unsympathischer Empfang, Beim Frühstücksbüffet spärliche Auswahl und keine Angestellte. Nicht zu empfehlen, sind enttäuscht. Bilder auf der Homepage sind gut arrangiert, lassen den tatsächlichen Zustand nicht ersehen. "

"Ich hatte das Hotel über Expedia gebucht, wo angegeben war, dass man vorab einen Zugangscode erhält – leider kam keinerlei Nachricht. Vor Ort hing lediglich ein Zettel mit einem Schlüssel, kein persönlicher Empfang, keine Erklärung, nichts. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts (vier Übernachtungen) habe ich kein einziges Mal Personal gesehen. They were clear in their communication and went above and beyond to be helpful. They also provided useful recommendations for the area. Very kind people.
