"The apartment was lovely and spacious and very well equipped. The bed was very comfy and the furniture in the apartment was of a very good standard. We made full use of the welcome pack. The booking in procedure was easy to understand and Haley explained everything very well. The parking was good and very safe."

"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. "Ideal central yet quiet location. The property was described accurately and was adequately equipped. Plenty of spotless linen provided and starter packs of beverages. It was exactly what we needed- I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing comfortable overnight/weekend/business accommodation. "

"The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. Lovely welcome pack on arrival e.g. coffee, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and cookies, but no milk. Thankfully Co-Op over the road so not too much of a problem. The place was...

"The place was in a perfect location right in the centre of the city. Huge apartment for 2 people, amazing modern kitchen and lovely comfy bed. Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment. Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances. Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest. Would defo stay again! "
