"I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"Awful place! Group of 8 frriends stayed. Only space for 1 car on drive, if you park on the street you will get a ticket (a friend did). Everything about the house felt cheap. En suite shower pressure was poor, water from tap spraying, no bath towels just had towels, wallpaper has been torn, the back garden has not had the grass cut! "There is no “front desk” just the property manager and they do not answer any calls from you or hotels.com. I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that. There was no hot water for showers and the bathroom upstairs leaked into the bottom room which my group stayed in. "Fantastic location. Walking distance to Etihad stadium and co op live. Easy bus and tram links into the city center. Free secure parking onsite House was clean and well equipped with plenty of soaps and towels etc provided. "Great location for the Bronte Parsonage Museum - just a 10 minute walk - with the shops and bars/cafes of Main Street just a 3 minute walk. Lovely big park directly opposite. House was small but very clean and bed was comfortable. Only small things really - the kitchen bin would not stay closed, which may have contributed to the slightly musty smell.
