"A lovely new hotel. In an excellent position to get to the Coop arena. The area is under development, however this didn't disturb our stay. We stayed in one of the suites, which was lovely. It was spacious, well designed and was also dog friendly.
Staff were all very helpful and welcoming during the stay. Check in was busy however, we arrived on a concert day but we were checked in, in no time. The dining experience was nice however, the menu is limited and more like a pre-theatre menu.
Breakfast was busy- set sittings would reduce the queues.
For anyone with mobility difficulties there is no accesible road to enable you to drive up to the hotel from the car parks. There is a small mini bus that the hotel put on, which drives dpwn to the main road by the car parks. However it si not accessible for wheelchairs.. it is doable but in bad weather and bags its a little stressful
