"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. I’m so grateful!! Thank you!! Absolutely...

"Do not trust these guys. This property was advertised as available next day for a one night stay so I paid my booking fee in good faith. They had no availability for my booking 4. Their name was Augustine. 5. To ask Hotels.com for a refund. The host then ignored my requests for further assistance so...

"This place is an absolute dump! The pictures on the site are nothing like real life. I was in London with family and friends over christmas and had to complete the stay due to limited availability and last minute pricing. From day one, this stay was on a path to being a terrible experience. We never got an email with the entry code for the gate. So, we were stuck outside in the cold waiting for someone to answer the phone to let us in or give us the code. When we were finally in the gate, we...
