"The hotel is in a great location right next to Salford Quays. From the moment we entered we were greeted with a warm friendly smile and a genuine welcome from reception. Our room was on the 5th floor and apart from a little road noise it was extremely quiet with great air conditioning. The room was very clean, and it had a mattress protector on the bed which for me shows it's a quality hotel. The room also had a mini fridge, tea / coffee making facilities, iron and hairdryer. The bathroom had lovely soft fluffy towels and good quality toiletries. Our breakfast was top notch, but what made it excel was the attention to details from the staff to ensure my allergies were catered for. Adam went above and beyond my expectations so a BIG thank you to him for his care and attention. Our only slight niggle if we had to make one, was the bed wasn't the most comfortable we'd ever slept on but apart from that, everything else was excellent."
