"We liked the size of the room and the air conditioning, however I would’ve liked to lower the AC to less than 19C as that still felt too warm. The bathroom had no extractor fan and the windows didn’t open, therefore steam from the shower couldn’t escape and we couldn’t have fresh air. I noticed mould around the shower, no doubt because of the lack of an extractor fan. The shower head also could’ve used a better clean. The housekeeping wasn’t great on the Thursday morning. "The room was comfortable and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and on this hot night the air con was great. The lift was not working which might have been an issue but not for us. Katie and the other receptionist were very helpful and friendly. Good stay and value for money."

"While the main room was ok, the bathroom functionality was a major drawback. The space is exceptionally small, and maneuvering through the glass shower door was a real struggle. Housekeeping was also nonexistent during my time there, as no one came to service the room. Additionally, there was a plumbing issue with the sink—whenever the tap was running, old hair would float up to the surface. I hope management addresses these maintenance and cleaning standards."

Paid for 2 days and immediately came into room, was traumatized. They refused to do anything or even issue me a refund. I had to book another better hotel immediately and left there. "Oddly unwelcoming guest, mocked me for using Expedia upon entry to the property. Laughed about me essentially getting scammed for using Expedia and instructed me that I wouldn't be having breakfast instead of offering it to me. Tiny bathroom with a tiny shower. Instructed that you are forbidden from bringing food in to your room. Upstairs room had TV on full volume until 3am (it has been possible to restrict certain volume levels on TVs for over 20 years to prevent this issue). Poor parking at...
