"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."

"The kitchen had basics but missing a few utensils such as a bottle opener or corkscrew, spatula or serving spoon. We improvised. Also some light bulbs were out. Great location in the heart of old town, but be aware that there is a lively Mexican restaurant below (good food but noisy) and the street doors were often wedged open. Wouldn’t want to stay there with very young children or as a lone female. "

Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. "Perfekt lejlighed til skiferien med vennerne. Køkkenet havde det det skulle og værelserne var gode. Vi brugte spa-afdelingen dagligt! Der var faciliteret gus hver halve time. Bemærk dog, at det er nøgen sauna! "

"Trotz Buchung über Expedia, angeblich keine Kooperation mit Expedia. Buchung beim Einchecken nicht gefunden. Check out lt. Buchung bis 10.00h, niemand vor Ort um auszuchecken. Sämtliche Anrufe bei hinterlegten Nummern gingen ins Leere oder an Personen die nicht weiter helfen konnten. Overall schöne Anlage aber Umgang mit Gästen sehr ärgerlich. "
