"It was a lovely little cottage, had everything we could need. Staff were also very helpful. very comfortable place. We enjoyed our stay very much. However the mattresses were a bit hard but that made little difference. We still slept well 😊 would recommend! "

"A lovely little cottage tucked away just outside Scarborough. We stayed over for a wedding and it was a convenient 10 minute drive to the registry office. The accommodation was well thought out with everything we needed. The hot tub was set up and ready to use as soon as we arrived, and even a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge!! The kids enjoyed themselves and especially liked watching the nesting swallows and meeting the resident horse in the stables. Great location, but...

"Penny Farthing Cottage was a lovely place to spend our holiday in Whitby. The house is immaculate and very nicely, and recently renovated. We all had a really nice time and loved staying there. The location is excellent too. Highly recommended."

"Great weekend in Mallard Cottage. Had everything we needed and really comfortable beds. Close to the harbour and restaurants. Loved Pescado Lounge and great fish and chips at Abbey Wharf on the balcony overlooking the harbour. Will definitely back for a return visit! "
