"Overall the hotel was excellent, but the time we stayed there the gym was closed and we had planned to use it. Also the cleaning staff didn't replace some items, such as we had 3 people, but were only given one wash cloth and had to ask for more and the second day, there was no replacement of coffee supplies for the room coffee maker."

"One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very much worth the price.
Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of road noise, but it died down around 10pm. The elevators are operated using your room key and a touch screen, which took some getting used to.
I can't wait for my next trip to Asheville so I can stay here again."

"The room was just a little weird? Very big but not very cozy. Floor was dirty. Did not feel very luxurious considering the price. Staff were lovely, but also having only one valet at check-in time on a Saturday is unacceptable. Overall just okay. The staff were the deciding factor honestly. Great location but would not book again considering the price."
