"Very good stay"

"Room was small as expected. Check-in experience was the worst I’ve had while travelling in Japan. The person on the other hand of the self check-in tablet did not have his camera open, he was in a call center, you could hear at least 5 other persons working there, so loud it was hard to understand what he was saying. The other problem, they contacted me to establish when they would come to either fully clean or only change the towels. Well they didn’t execute on the agreement. I wasn’t the one...

"Pro: The hotel is 1 min walk from the Sakuragawa subway station which has access with elevator so it is easy with luggage transportation. Clean Kitchen provided with all necessary amenities. Great to have own washer and can hang dry the clothes in the washroom. Con: I wish I knew in advance no tea or coffee will be provided; no garbage pick up at door; we need to handle the garbage ourselves and put into the trash area on ground floor, Once past the 10am check out time, the door lock code...
