"Rooms are clean"

"Great location and hotel room had everything we needed for a family of four with 2 teenagers. We had the quadruple room (2 bunk beds) which was great. Had a great holiday & would definitely stay again. "

"Very hard check in. You can't stay here if you don't have a cellphone. Once we got in, it was fine. We had a lovely modest room with 2 double beds, a kitchen, balcony and washing machine. The micrrowave heating coil was not working, so it took a while to get that fixed, but they were helpful and nice. Better directions to the hotel would help as well. We read that there were complimentary drinks, but did not find any. All in all a very nice 4 day stay. We would recommend this hotel for price,...

"It was a contactless check-in. It’s kinda nice, but I think I would prefer to have a physical person there for any questions and recommendations. The room was more spacious than we expected, which was nice. "

"Only 1 area which could be better is the check in process. We had issue with lodging international ID request until we reached the site. Solving this issue would be perfect."

"The room was clean, and was big. Had a kitchen with fridge and stove ( though we did not use it ). The closes station is about 15 min away walking , though taxis are available ."

"Untuk Kamar bersih, dan luasnya untuk ber 4 sedikit ok. Untuk taruh koper lumayan sempit. Bantalnya keras banget jadi tidur kurang nyaman. Untuk kamar mandi bersih, tapi gak ada heater di dlm kamar mandi jadinya dingin banget. Tidak dapat amenities lengkap, hanya ada sabun cuci tangan, sabun mandi, shampoo & conditioner, sikat gigi bayar. Untuk staff resepsionis ramah, walaupun kendala di bahas english tetapi mereka tetap berusaha untuk membantu. "
