"Excellent location and staff! I was concerning the self check-in at beginning as Chat didn't work properly on my cell in Japan as my cell is from Canada. Staff did great job on communicating with me. Airport service is excellent with Ms. Li. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed in room for 4 people, 2 twin beds and 2 futon beds. Room is spacious for japanese standard and beautifully decorated. Convenience store just next to the hotel building. Walkable distance to popular Gion, Kiyomizu dera and Kodaiji temple. Everything is excellent. Thank you Minn Gion."

"The check-in process was very confusing and frustrating. The system seemed to have issues depending on which number was provided through the email, making it difficult to access my room smoothly. Unfortunately, the checkout process has been just as difficult. When trying to check out in the morning, I was instructed to enter the same number I used to access my room, but the system would not accept it. Because of this, I now have to wait for customer service just to complete the checkout...

"Nice room for large group. Nice breakfast every morning Downside are : - washer/dryer in room cannot work (electricity always trip when we turn it on) - sounds from room upstairs is very disturbing, especially the footsteps can be very loud. We had a group who had party until around 3:00 am. We could even heard the laughter of the people upstairs. Floor/ceiling should be soundproofed."
