"The sleeping room and bathroom were very clean. Having laundry facilities was a bonus after being a week in Japan - and very reasonable! The futon mattress looked to be almost new and while a bit hard (that could be just me as I’m almost 60 and used to a Tempurpedic bed), the futon coverlet was divine (super puffy). My son (a first time visitor to Japan) found it to be a very cool and unique experience. For my husband and me (who both lived in Japan 35 years ago), it brought back fond memories...

"An amazing common lobby to be shared with other guests - sofas, table, chairs, laundry, lockers, vending machine, rooftop patio. No elevators - carried all our luggage up to 5th floor (too). No staff - phone available to call someone who was helpful with check-in. Private room felt small without much of any sitting area and tight bathroom. However, we were a family of 4 and given a unit that looked like could’ve split into 2 units of 3, so we had a lot of sleeping space and 2 bathrooms. It was...
