The property is very nice, clean and tidy that makes 100% the same as the pictures. It has all needed utensils and crockery so making dinner after a day. There is also a charcoal BBQ but we did not use. The host couples are very helpful. When we accidently turned off the boiler, they came and checked on us almost immediately. The host is on hand and helpful, advised us of great local walks, which we would have been unaware of. An immaculately clean and comfortable property. Our dog was welcome. Great to see the local wildlife - bats flying around in the evenings, in addition to birds and the hosts own sheep at the bottom of the enclosed garden. The only slight negative comment is that we found the WiFi was slow. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed.
