"There is no “front desk” just the property manager and they do not answer any calls from you or hotels.com. I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that. "The Callie itself is a good location, great space and nice modern decor. It is in need of a little TLC in places like toilet roll holders hanging off the wall, lock on downstairs bathroom not functional, furniture chipped and shelving not level at all. It could be an amazing property with some TLC! The outdoor area (although winter) needs addressing.
