"SHOWER was great, good water pressure. Pillows were good.
Had continuous problem with door lock.
Had to get new cards twice. One never worked. They even changed the door lock and problem was not resolved.
Overall experience was good made up for door locks with helpful staff."

"I liked the property, nice place for our needs with kids…tv hard to operate or get Netflix. Pool nice, hot tub cold. I left some things on the balcony- kids favorite clothes and 3 floatie vests on the balcony and could not get anyone to look and see if they could hold the. For me or mail them to me (I know they were there). Called three times and no help or call back. Check in was not great. Would not allow a late checkout even by 30 minutes."
