"We had a difficult time checking in and since it’s a self checkin, there was no one around to help. They have a call button to help but we did not have the nicest people on the other end helping us. After about 20 minutes of trying, we were finally able to checkin. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest compared to all the other places we stayed at but it did have five beds for all of us to sleep in. "I stayed in room for 4 people, 2 twin beds and 2 futon beds. Room is spacious for japanese standard and beautifully decorated. Convenience store just next to the hotel building. Walkable distance to popular Gion, Kiyomizu dera and Kodaiji temple. Everything is excellent. Thank you Minn Gion."

"Very clean and lots of room. Provided slippers and toiletry items. Only issue we encountered which is not really hotel's fault is that someone removed our wet laundry from the dryer twice in one night to put their own laundry in. Some people are just rude."

"駅にもコンビニにも近くて良かったです。広くて綺麗な部屋でした。 ほとんどセルフサービスでこのお値段はすごくいいと思います。キッチン有りトイレお風呂別で洗濯機、掃除機があったので長期の宿泊でも快適に過ごせると思いました。ただホテルから送られるメールが全て文字化けしているので、そこだけ改善していただき幸いです。梅田や難波、ユニバにも行きやすく、新世界が近いので大阪で低良さでホテル探している際にはとても良いと思います。"
