"Staff was friendly and helpful. The common area was nice and accommodating. Luggage room had locks to secure your luggage in case you arrive early or need to depart later. The espresso machine was very very nice for us to get our drinks 24/7!! We were so happy that there's an elevator all the way to the 6th floor where our room was. The roof terrace was one flight of stairs up from there and it gave us a nice view of Old Town Bern. Highly recommend staying here. "

We had the buffet breakfast and it to lo was very good. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the complimentary welcome cocktail at the bar across the street. I would highly recommend Hotel Krone and will definitely stay there again. "
