"I had to wait for more than half an hour standing in front of the door to receive the door code which supposed to be sent one day before check in. Communication with the company was really bad. I found only one toilet paper roll and the other on was empty. And no one came to clean the room the whole week."

"Der Code für die Türöffnung funktionierte nicht und ich musste den Ersatzschlüssel suchen.Im Apartment funktionierte der Strom nicht, Sicherung war rausgesprungen. Um Strom zu bekommen, mußte ich den Sicherungskasten im Hausflur suchen und die Sicherung wieder einschalten. "
