"We spent great time in Regent Villa B, nice and comfy atmosphere plus we were close to all the places we set to visit.

"Great location - closed to Hagley Park and Westfield Shopping Mall (with a big supermarket). Many rooms and comfortable beds. A garage with internal access. However we have a few difficult moments with locking and unlocking the front door. All internal doors have its own key and one of the bedroom doors upstairs (opening to the balcony) didn't have one so we couldn't open it on a really warm night."

"Location was great with a quick walk into town.
The init itself is very ckean and has all that you need for a comfortable stay.
Only thing to note us that there are no cafes on the immediate area you need to take a short walk for those"

"Very well presented inside, good location. Only a couple of issues, especially if you have smaller children:
1. For some reason there are no locks on the bathroom doors, we have raised this so hopefully they will fix it. 2. There are steps from the deck which lead directly down to the stream running beside the property and there is no gate or method to block this off, so this is high risk if you have smaller children that might decide to venture outside. 3. There is a washing machine but no...

"Ideal place to stay for our group of 9 ladies. Large kitchen with extra fridge, plenty of beds, two bathrooms, separate lounge, it was everything we needed. The street was quiet and so were the neighbours. The house is located halfway between the airport and city which was quite handy for us. Would recommend this place to other large groups or families.
The only negative was the washing machine & drier were not the easiest appliances to operate and the drier looked like the filters had not...
