"Pros: the on-site staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and as described, and check-in/out was simple, great location.
Cons: in the bathroom, the soap and shampoo dispensers had been watered down so were poor quality. The electronic lock for our room was malfunctioning and required us to twist a handle with sharp metal edges so hard, one time I had to do this, it cut my hand."

"The house was perfect! The standard of the accommodation was excellent and it was located close to restaurants and all local attractions."

"Personne n’a répondu au téléphone, les habitants des lieux ont essayé d’appeler les responsables , le responsable n’a pas trouvé la réservation expedia, expedia ne répond pas, nous avons du repartir avec le dernier train histoire de ne pas passer la nuit dehors avec un enfant de 2 ans. "

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly!
Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! "
