"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "Difficulty in finding property. Needs sign at entrance. Very dangerous exiting drive onto lane. Needs a mirror opposite to show lane both ways. Lodge and rooms very small. Trip switch overloads if you use kettle and use cooker same time. However, my tel contact and personal contact with the gentleman owner was very convivial. "

"Clean, everything you need, walking distance to beach, nice and quiet. Would be 5 star except sofa smells, plant overgrown on entrance to property and back door very stiff and hard to lock. Lovely little estate of pretty houses"
