There was no documentation with the studio, e.g. nothing to say what to put in each of the four bins (important for non-UK visitors), or what the various switches do (including those in cupboards). "Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"We really enjoyed the location, which was ideal for our needs. Everything was easy to access, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The unit was well equipped, and having elevator access was a real plus. Just don’t forget to pay for parking."

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"Would first of all like to say what an obliging host Jeremy was. Communication was quick and helpful. Check in information was good, especially as it was very short notice. Unfortunately the property is in dire need of refurbishment. We felt there is inadequate lighting to the stairs up to the apartment. We also found it difficult to get our cases up the next flight of stairs which has a tight dog leg to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a few frozen items which we were unable to put in the...

"Place was very easy to find when I got there. Although the room was clean and well presented I did find that the floor was very dusty as though the room had not been touched in a while. No other issues at all and did what I needed for the 2 night stay."
