We reached out to Expedia via chat and they said they could not refund our full stay because the date of the first night of the stay was less than 24 hours away. "Was given a room not anything like the picture. Stayed I of 6 nights and left for a different hotel. If it was just a one night stay over it would have been fine, but not good for a week."

"This has nothing to do with the owner although I'm not sure a room was even available for my arrival date based on my conversation with him. He was very accommodating and gave me access to the balcony to use. It is Expedia that gets the 1-star testing because of the way you handled things with me. I'm NEVER using you and won't recommend you to anyone who asks. "
