"The room decor does not fit the history of the location or the general decor of the hotel. Too plain. Needs more personalisation & warmth. Breakfast does not cater for all customer types. It needs more broader selection. The restaurant menu is too restrictive & very few choices. Again does not cater for all customer types. Almost no chicken items. Too many pork & ham items. "

"For some reason, made to change room for our last night. Couldn’t get the AC/Heat controls to work in the new room."

"Room is clean. Cleaning staff did very good job. There was nothing, such as water pot, coffee machine, cups, and tea bag etc in the room when we into the room. But they bright some necessity in as we requested."

"Hôtel was very nice and in great spot. Room faced street and could hear noise outside but was quiet after things closed. Great location. Roof top terrace was really nice. Pool was being renovated so couldn’t sit by it. But great location and very nice and clean - perfect . Short cab ride from train station - crazy watching them drive on the narrow streets near hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails? Expertly crafted and dangerously good in the best way. Everything about this hotel felt thoughtful and elevated. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. Already dreaming about my next stay."
