"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of the Amtrak and the major Lincoln sites, which was a real plus for us. The downtown area is charming and extremely clean.
I breakfasted each morning of the three-day visit, and the dining room staff went out of their way to be helpful every time---wonderful attitudes and gracious manners. The breakfast buffet was delicious
Shawn was welcoming every morning. His warmth is a real asset to the hotel. Sherry went out of her way every day to ensure I had a good breakfast, going the extra mile, and Heather who I met just once was excellent, too.
Perhaps the hotel could use an update, however, I've stayed at more up-to-date hotels, and it is always the staff for me, that is the most important element.
The helpful staff at the lobby, was appreciated, and the free shuttle to the Amtrak was a real plus.
But, for me the real benefit for staying here, was the breakfast staff, who started out my day with warmth and kindness, and I'll always rememebr this."
