Amazing staff, breakfast and clean

I would not stay here again as a family. If you expect a beach resort with kids amenities go elsewhere. They refused to refund us and let us leave when we said the place is not what we expected. Never pay this hotel upfront. Cons: 1. Forget the Kids Club! We chose this hotel based on the advertised kids amenities. Be warned, their kids club charges PER HOUR, PER CHILD! When you ask them they say it is in the fine print. Not only this, but one day I tried to drop off my daughter at 5 pm (they close 6 pm) and they did not let her in claiming the last hour no play in the ball pit is allowed, only movie time. We stayed at Hilton Bali before this where all these amenities (kids club..etc.) was included. I hate hotels being shady about their costs. Tell me so I know whether this place works for us. 2. Queen beds are not actually queen beds, a bit smaller. So if you are a family, get the king room with the trundle sofa. 3. Kuta is extremely crowded, bad traffic to go anywhere else in Bali add 30-60 min extra time stuck in traffic. 4. They are not actually a beach resort. You can hardly see the beach and there is no private area for hotel guests on the beach. It is down a large hill, across the street and very public. 5. Front desk staff have a non chalant attitude and sounds like robots/ very unhelpful. Pros: 1. Restaurant and cleaning staff are great. Great breakfast buffet options. 3. The pools are great for kids but beware they run out of towels by afternoon.
