"Clerk was helpful in helping me correct a booking error (my fault, booked the wrong night). Room was tidy. But the shower had some hardware issues which was annoying. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times without any serious complaints or concerns."

"I stayed here because I was going to a concert at Proctors Theatre and this hotel was only a short 8 minute walk to the theater. I was pleasantly surprised by the room for an inexpensive hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was reasonably comfortable the towels were fairly new and soft. The downside? "This was our first stay at the Stockade Inn and there was filming going on Friday so things were chaotic but the staff was very helpful and we were given a $20 gift card to Arthur’s which we used for breakfast on Saturday. The room had not been vacuumed when we checked in but the staff was quick at responding and gave us a discount too. A new coffee shop opened on Sunday morning and had great bagels and baked goods for sale. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay and will return."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great and our stay was so comfortable. I was traveling with two elderly family members and the accommodations were wonderful for them."

"Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe."

"First room was leaking water from the ceiling onto the bed and floor staff was kind apologetic and quickly gave us a new room"

"The pictures are deceiving. The non-smoking room I reserved smelled as though someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. I was moved to another room, but although it appeared somewhat clean, the linens had an unpleasant odor as well. Overall, the property is dirty and poorly maintained — more like a roadside motel than what was advertised. I would not stay here again."
