"Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and staff were very courteous (morning desk clerk and housekeeping staff). I note we were unable to get through on the phone to thevfront desk before our arrival on the evening of December 17 though. It would ring on and on and then we'd hear the call being hung up. Odd. "
