"The staff were great. All the floors could have been cleaner... but I don't think that was because of the cleaning staff for the most part. (Carpet just needs replacing) Yucky stains around the caulking in the bathroom (tub & sink) and under the bathroom flooring. A lot more should be invested in maintenance - for example, Just replacing the caulking would make a huge difference. The beds were super comfortable, and having a little fridge in the room was also great! The humidity was super high... we had a room near the pool area, and would have preferred to be away from that. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay, and the staff were all wonderful."
