"We had a great experience that very easily could have gone very bad. Our room we had booked was no longer available when we arrived. We got in at 2am from a flight with 3 young children, so heading out room wasn't available was hard. The lady at the desk was very kind and offered us 2 different options for different rooms at no extra charge and we received a complimentary breakfast for us all the next morning for our troubles. The next morning everyone was very tired and trying to get everyone showered before check out made it so that we weren't going to make it to breakfast after all. The manager called our room and arranged for our breakfast to be set aside to wait for us when we were ready. All staff were extremely kind and went out of their way for us. This was the best experience we've had with a hotel in a very long time!"

"The heater/air conditioner was very loud and interferred with sleeping. Also, the television wasn't working properly, the audio and video went in and out regularly. But when I shared that with the front desk I was disappointed that they said it's a known problem there in the whole property. My concern is that they seemed to be nonchalant when I told them, didn't apologize, in any way, and didn't say that they were talking actions to resolve it. "

"This is the second time I have stayed here for 2 weeks. Everyone here is extremely friendly and take care of their guests well. What stood out to me is the Manager in charge is always there to help out guests and his staff and always has a smile on his face. The hotel is undergoing renovation and I am looking forward to staying here again once that is done. Highly recommend."
