"Great small hotel- spacious rooms (for NY!), fun location, great easygoing staff "

"This hotel is in the best area, they have water bottles downstairs for guests and coffee (no coffee machine in room) We reqlly enjoyed the bar downstairs and the rooftop. Cons: the rooms are absolutely TINY!! lf you are sharing with another person you will feel them getting up out of bed. The bathroom door doesnt close tightly so be comfortable enough to use the toilet really close to your partner. "

"The staff is very welcoming and professional. The room very clean. I was disappointed with the bathroom products as they used to be Malin+Goetz and now are substandard. The codes to the elevator and room are way too long and different so challenging to remember. For the price point, I may look at other options when in the city next time."

"Great stay overall at The Roxy in Tribeca. The location is a major highlight—about a 5-minute walk to the train and an easy 15-minute walk to both SoHo and the West Village, which made getting around really convenient. The room felt spacious by New York standards, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft, cushy white pillows. The shower was solid—clean with medium water pressure, nothing luxurious but definitely did the job well. A couple of downsides: I asked for bathrobes and they...

"Room was nice and clean and loved having the private terrace but there was no amenities at all in the room…no mini bar, no glassware, no snacks, no robes; why was I charged a $30 amenity fee when checking in?? For the price, I expect more. Won’t be going back…I’d rather spend more money and stay at Nine Orchard a couple blocks away. "

"Overall, the room was adequate, though smaller than expected, and the bed was not particularly comfortable. The lobby would benefit from more thorough cleaning, especially the windows and seating areas. On a positive note, the hotel offered a good selection of movie channels and is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Brooklyn Bridge and Canal Street."

"High design boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff is always delightful and courteous. Great rooftop microbar. Trendy on-site speakeasy (seems to be an outside vendor, not run by the hotel) is a beautiful space and crowd managed well, service inside bar could use some work."
